Maintaining SnowPlow Electrical Connections

Periodically check all electrical connections for proper fit and remove any contamination that may be present.

To prevent contagion, always place dust caps on connectors when non in use- this is important when the plows are existence stored. The use of dielectric grease is recommended to reduce corrosion of the contacts and to brand connecting and disconnecting easier.

Before each season cheque the vehicle battery and electrical system for proper operation. A weak battery, dirty terminals, or mistake charging organization may cause improper operation and possible failure of the joystick controller.
